Rory Gray

Rory Gray has worked in the ICT industry since 1979. Starting as a VM (Virtual Machine) Systems Engineer his career has included a number of senior technical and sales & marketing roles, including a Country Manager with solution companies across European, Middle East and African markets. His technology background lies in ICT infrastructure having worked with some of the most important hardware and software infrastructure solutions companies. Rory has specialist business knowledge and experience with complex Public Sector solutions such as in Welfare, Social Services and Taxation and the supporting infrastructure which a massive scale enterprise requires in the virtual world.

As Business Development Director in EMC’s Market Makers Unit, a division of EMC Global Alliances, Rory works with major Public Sector solution providers to develop and go to market with major new initiatives - which will significantly impact EMC partner propositions, and meet the demanding and complex needs of Governments.

Rory was born and raised in Ireland and lives with his wife and 3 children in the north of England.
